All sessions are completely customized to meet your individual needs. Sessions may include introduction to relaxation techniques, visualization, and self-healing guidance.

Any session can become an integrated healing session which could include mediation and breathing practices, spiritual counseling, visualization, and gentle movement along with the traditional energy work.
